Refunds are available only if products are not receivved within time frame noted on paperwork, 10% restocking fee will be charged). One comfort exchange is allowable within your 90 day sleep trial period, and a $199 fee will be applied at time of exchange. Any stains or tears found on mattresses or foundations void all warranties and comfort exchange rights.
Comfort exchanges and/or refunds are not available on custom order items, including but not limited to: adjustable bases, twin XL mattresses, and short queen mattresses).
